Description of problem:
The new row grouping needs to be sharable, there are 3 changes required to make this happen.

1: Expose row grouping on advanced search page
2: Add a search URL parameter for row grouping
3: Allow row grouping to be stored in saved searches

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up row grouping on a bug list
2. Share the results
3. Save the results

Actual results:
You can't share or save the row groupings, nor can you keep them after editing the search

Expected results:
You can save the grouped search. You can share the grouped search. You can reuse the groupings when editing the search.
