Description of problem:
Sometimes this warning is triggered, it seems to happen on all of them.

5.0.4-rh39

How reproducible:
Unknown

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Watch error log for virtual host.
2. Login in using SAML

Actual results:
Insecure dependency" warning in log

Expected results:
Silence.

Checked log /var/log/httpd/error_log, I cannot find new errors like this in this log file.
